2004 Interplanetary Cake Party Campaign Site
Slate of Presidential Candidates
Page One Title

Welcome to the home page of the 2004 Interplanetary Cake Party campaign! The Party will be choosing its U.S. Presidential candidate at a Convention in June at the Cake Castle. Delegates will meet and discuss strategies for dealing with annoying taxes on cake flour, chocolate, sugar, whipping cream, vanilla extract, honey, and various types of nuts. It is our belief that these taxes simply get in the way of great cakes. All impediments to great cakes must be stopped!

The Interplanetary Cake Party is pleased to be involved in its first U.S. Presidential campaign. We are thrilled with the enthusiastic response our campaign announcement on Interplanetary Radio Network received last week. A total of seven candidates will be vying for the nomination to be announced in June at the convention. These fine activists are all founding members of the U.S. section of the Interplanetary Cake Party. They have worked tirelessly to promote quality cake-making in the United States. They have circulated petitions protesting taxes on the ingredients of cakes made all over the country, with excellent results.

The Cake Castle is located besides the U.S. Headquarters of the Interplanetary Cake Party. Delegates to the Convention will enjoy access to cakes made from recipes on file at the Registry of the Interplanetary Cake Party. We are looking forward to greeting the delegates of our first Presidential Convention!

You can vote for your favorite candidate online between April 1 and May 1.
